	This is a ½ day seminar for administrators. Administrators learn how to use the reports in EdInsight and other tools to impact student achievement. Focus of the seminar will be on creating a building level needs assessment and then developing building level action plans. The concept and framework for using building level data teams will be explored. A game plan will be developed on conducting regular data retreats with your data teams. Learn how you can build teacher accountability into the data examination process.
Using Data Effectively and Efficiently
	OnHand Schools will provide a ½ day seminar on why data is so important. Predicting student achievement based on PVAAS, 4Sight, and other tools will be discussed. The value of formative assessments and their effective use is covered. OnHand Schools’ senior statistician will interpret your PVAAS data and make recommendations of how to successfully use the results. Learn how to use your data to work smarter not harder.
Connecting Curriculum to Assessment & Instruction
	OnHand Schools will provide a ½ day seminar on the importance of curriculum management. Learn how to analyze your curriculum to meet the needs of your students. Find out how to connect the curriculum to daily instruction and how to monitor the process. OnHand Schools will lead a discussion that compares and contrasts various curriculum models. The workshop will talk about what methodology to use - Diary Mapping, Understanding by Design, the PA Standards Aligned System, your districts current curriculum process, or a custom approach.
