Pie Chart Options
Bar Graph Options
About this screen
After you have chosen a unique data set/education provider/grade combination, you will be prompted to choose the manner in which you would like the data to be displayed. For the first example, a pie graph was chosen. For the second example, the user chose to define a bar chart. Below the drop down menu is a list of fields that make up each data set. Choose only one of the fields for a pie graph. For the bar chart, simply select your x and y axis, and then choose your summary option. Note that for the bar chart, multiple fields CAN be selected. Additionally, the data set must contain at least one integer/number field. For both graphs, click "Generate Chart" to move on.
